Terms & Conditions

1. Services

LUXE Bathrooms provides bathroom installation, renovation, and repair services across East Sussex. All services are subject to a written quotation agreed upon before work commences.

2. Quotations

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotations include all labour, materials, and waste removal unless specifically excluded.

3. Payment

Payment terms are agreed in the written quotation. For larger projects, staged payments may be arranged. Final payment is due upon satisfactory completion. We accept bank transfer, debit cards, and credit cards.

4. Guarantee

All workmanship is guaranteed for 2 years from completion. This covers defects in labour and installation. Manufacturer warranties apply separately to fixtures, fittings, and materials.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel a confirmed booking with at least 7 days' written notice before the scheduled start date at no charge. Cancellations with less than 7 days' notice may incur costs for materials already ordered.

6. Access & Site Conditions

The client must provide reasonable access to the work area during agreed working hours. LUXE Bathrooms will take all reasonable steps to protect your property during installation.

7. Insurance

LUXE Bathrooms holds comprehensive public liability insurance. Certificates are available upon request.

8. Disputes

In the unlikely event of a dispute, we encourage direct communication to resolve matters promptly. If a resolution cannot be reached, either party may seek mediation or pursue legal remedies under English law.
